2000 Audi A4 windshield washer does not breadth...cannot hear washer motor come on either...headlight washer fluid does trumpet....wondering if there is separate pumps to operate these novel features.

The garage has overfilled my Audi A4 2.0 tdi 54 picture. The checking was 3 or 4 months ago and there is still too much oil. Now after a eat one's heart out travel there is an oilly stench from the appliance somewhere. Has the garage blown an oil seal somewhere ? How can I clearly dispose of some oil without having to dispose of the under-tray ?
