Many Ford handbook of air conditioning systems use an electronic blend door actuator (motor) for regulating the temperature of the air entering the alcove Voyager. The pattern of temperature on the A / C-Heater delete panel is a changing resistance (potentiometer), which varies a voltage signal to the engine. This signal determines the activity is mixed. Complaints temperature still warm, distant or not change as the temperature projection is rotated to be caused by one of four problems: 1) bad ACTUATOR 2) bad potentiometer 3) open or short-son circuited (s), 4) is reached.

I have an '02 Pontiac Principal Prix SE. The HVAC controls provide apart feeling controls for the driver and commuter. The driver's master seems to be stuck on hot up (very uncomfortable in Texas summer) while the traveller mechanism works magnificent. I deliver assign to in several places that the blend door actuator is the cause c, however, the only discovery I separate of for one is under the hurl on the fare's side of the car. I pulled the glove box out and checked that actuator, and it is working well. My theme is this, does this car have ANOTHER blend door actuator, and if not, then what else could compel this rarity? FYI, I found the responsible on another place, but wanted to allocate with all. There is indeed another blend door actuator on the driver's side. It takes utterly a bit of squirming to get to but it is on the perfect, under the steering circle.
