How do I remove/replace front wheel hub assy to change wheel bearings on 95 ford f150 4x4 with manual locking?

My voyager wheel is scalloped bad and I figure it may be the wheel bearings causing this. I have the tire, caliper, and the top end of the hub off. I'm down to the prong where there is a round thing with 4 notches in it. Do I need a "individual tool" to remove this

Ok that said, my junk is making a "howling" babel that is very expeditiousness dependant, that stops while I am steering to the virtuousness but remains an pain when universal sort out or veering Nautical port.
