instructions for replacing power steering pump jeep cherokee?

Where online can i find instructions on replacing my power steering pump on a 1997 jeep immense cherokee. because it works find as long as i'm in motion but it's extremely agonizingly to turn when i'm at a stand still so this must be the problem.

Hi, I own an older Jeep Cherokee and find the Haynes Enchiridion is very user friendly with good pictures and instructions. Buy one for about $15.00. You might also tally the online AutoZone website because they have instructions on how to make many repairs.

I have a program of 79 CJ7 with the 304 .... it has no power steering and brakes without power. brakes will be nice to be updated, but as far as I am positive they have never made the steering pumps for the 304. my theme is, it would be a pump to control the power steering? one ford that I had laying around was too great and I can cope with anything other than jeeps, so I can not tell what might exercise or not ......... .... or can I buy a connector for the 304? I do not understand ... by all?

I have a 98 zj with 4.5 inch bds boost and 31" tires. recently went through 2 Cardone rebuilt steering pumps that were discard and in actuality worse than the estimate one i took off. Can some recomend a deacent part? i'm looking at new potentate p/s pumps or reachable psc or arg p/s pumps. also have new rebuilt steering box from advanced and i be informed that is most luxurious, but the valving seems like i might not effort for me. I'll have to find out when a get a workin pump on it.
