What would make my 350 yamaha warrior cut out and sometimes backfire?

Was out and got my warrior wet but it started up first-class after letting it sit and dry out for a bit. The next day when I took it out it was cutting out when I wasn't giving it throttle and sometimes backfiring. When it cuts out if I put the grasp in it will bring it out.

You might still have moisture in ignition system. Do a regulate up. Change plugs plug wires also its cheap warranty.

Yamaha Warrior NO spark

Okay, i have this 99 warrior in my research and i decent figured id let you guys recognize whats affluent on with it. It wasnt getting any provoke at all so i ran through the time-honoured checklist and went from the jam all the way to the cdi. It all checked out clever. Then i remembered a quad i had undeviating in the over and done with (arctic cat), and trace id try unplugging the voltage regulator. and Biggity Bam now its got the prettiest pornographic galvanize youve ever seen. It even stretches out over a half inch gap. So then i tested the voltage regulator/rectifier and unshakeable enough its bad. Neutral figured id let some of you guys advised of about this elfin check out to perhaps lay some cephalalgia. Later
