What do you think about Goodyear Wrangler tires?

Ok, I have no advise about tires. Someone wants to sale me a set of 5 tires for 175, and they have 16k miles driven on them. One of the tires are new. Should I buy them?

I would not buy anything that has been habituated to, Tires included.. Why you might ask?.. Typically tire that have been mounted would have been turning in the same leadership for those 16k miles.. is there any clues to wear and tear?.. overbalanced?.. any markings to the effect..
