Kelly Tires?

I differentiate that Kelly-Springfield is the manufacturer of Kelly tires but are they made by Goodyear or who? Who owns it I guess is what I am asking because Kelly tires are absolutely good tires but goodyear tires suck and I was told that Kelly-Springfield was owned by Goodyear.

Goodyear is the Mother Corporation.

They've owned Kelly since way before World War 2
